It’s been a year since the COVID-19 outbreak began, and many of us are still grappling with the changes, especially with the work-from-home (WFH) setup. Coordination and communication are some of the challenges we continually deal with. However, working at home definitely makes scheduling activities a painless task with the flexibility it can afford us.

With this set up in full swing, many WFH staff continue to enjoy the benefits. In the absence of a commute, we can get the added health benefits like longer rest hours, exercising, enough time to cook healthier meals, and spending more time with family and friends. Remove the stress of commuting and it resulted in higher productivity and more attainable work-life balance. To keep staff motivated, companies and team leaders should come up with employee engagement activities like week-long webinar series to address some of their needs and promote inclusivity.
